This new release brings several highly anticipated improvements to users’ day-to-day experience. BlueMind 5.6 introduces features that Outlook users are already familiar with, such as message recall and email tracking with a “Processed” status. Other enhancements make everyday organization easier, including the ability to create filters directly from a message, display quotas for shared mailboxes, and improve the visibility of unread messages within subfolders.
Users of shared mailboxes also gain greater visibility thanks to quota display, while unread message counters now extend to subfolders. On the calendar side, external calendar sharing is easier to set up, and invitations received as ICS files can now be added directly to the calendar with a single click.
